HHS’ CDC’s Health Education Curriculum Analysis Tool (HECAT) is now available.

If you are selecting or developing appropriate and effective health education curricula, enhancing your existing health education curriculum or improving the delivery of health education:

CDC's Health Education Curriculum Analysis Tool (HECAT) is a resource The HECAT now includes guidance, appraisal tools, and resources needed to conduct a clear, complete, and consistent examination of health education curricula that address any or all of the 9 key content areas of health education: Alcohol and Other Drugs ; Healthy Eating; Mental and Emotional Health ; Personal Health and Wellness; Physical Activity; Safety; Sexual Health; Tobacco; and Violence Prevention.
