The focus of the Healthy Schools program is to expand the number of public schools and preschools that have health and nutrition education, physical education, healthy food in cafeterias and vending machines, opportunities for physical activity, and health care services.

The Find Your Balance Challenge is open to elementary school classrooms in grades K-5 and rewards student teams for taking steps toward achieving Energy Balance in your own school communities.
Funding Amount: $30,000 Grand Prize Grant. One Second Place $10,000 and Third Place school $5,000 grant.
